Short description of the project

Dumplings are made from natural raw materials. The recipe includes herbal supplements, which help to increase shelf life, improve taste, and also are good for human health. Production involves the use of modern technologies, in particular, steam pasteurization and infrared drying.

The technology for production of dried dumplings is new and not yet patented. Although the cost of dried dumplings exceeds the cost of frozen dumplings, the above advantages will help the product to win the hearts of the consumers, especially those who use to buy fast-cooked vermicelli such as “Mivina”, mashed potatoes and soups.

The most significant results achieved

The technology for production of dry dumplings is developed, the business plan is created
