Short description of the projectThe rapid development of public life in general and the economy in particular leads to significant changes in the financial sector, including the emergence of a huge number of new financial products and their digitalization. A large part of the population simply does not understand the changes that are occurring, so they are either deprived of the opportunity to take advantage of them, or enjoy them unconsciously (which leads to unreasonable expenses), or even become victims of fraud. The project aims to unify knowledge in this area, develop practical training and micro-courses, and conduct them. The project can be implemented for different target audiences (for example, retirees and adolescents).
The components of financial education were developed; the necessity of learning the basics of financial education at schools is substantiated; special nature of financial education for children and adults is defined; methods for teaching the basics of financial education were introduced.
