Short description of the project

Career development course on “Automation of Business Processes. Enterprise Management and Accounting” is aimed at the formation of professional competencies of learners and is designed to help them acquire practical skills of integrated automation of commercial activities of enterprises.

The course contains practice-oriented materials for automation of operational, management and tax accounting, accounting and evaluation of human resources, payroll accounting, analysis and planning of trade operations, preparation of reports in all spheres of enterprise’s activity.

The career development course includes two modules:

  1. Automation of accounting (1C: Accounting).
  2. Management decisions and automation of business processes at the enterprise (1C: Management of a trading enterprise for Ukraine)

The most significant results achieved

Teachers (Yurchyshena L., Tomchuk V.) completed certified training in the Center “Aksioma”, as evidenced by the following certificates:

Lyudmyla Yurchyshena underwent the certified course on using “1C: Management of the trading enterprise 8 for Ukraine” and obtained the certificate of “Professional”.

Viktor Tomchuk completed:

  • certified course on using “1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine”, version 2.0, December 2017;
  • certified course on accounting and tax accounting using “Management of industrial enterprise for Ukraine”, version 1.3., February 2019;
  • course on “Management of production and repairs using BAS”, March 2019;
  • course on “1C: Managing a small company for Ukraine”, February 2020.

Yurchyshena L. and Tomchuk V. prepared methodical recommendations consisting of two parts: module 1 “Automation of accounting using ‘1C: Accounting for Ukraine 2.0’” and module 2 “Management decisions and automation of business processes at an enterprise using ‘1C: Management of trading enterprise 1.2’”. Each module is unique and helps students to create a full-fledged virtual enterprise and gain skills in automated accounting and tax accounting, systematize knowledge by solving individual practical situations, and, accordingly, get the necessary competencies in automated accounting.

The trainers systematically interact with practicing accountants, audit companies, in particular: TOV “Audit Firm ‘Finance Low Audit Group’”, TOV “Aksioma IT”, TOV “Aksioma B”, PPAF “Aksioma-Audit”, TOV “Doctor IT”.

As result more than 50 students (5 groups) were trained, currently the sixth group of 12 students is being trained.

Career development course on “Automation of Business Processes. Enterprise Management and Accounting” is designed for HEI students, practicing accountants and other categories of learners who want to acquire practical skills of enterprise automation based on the platform “1C: Enterprise”.
