Members of the research team have many years of experience in developing labor potential programs for various levels of management, personnel strategies, personnel policies (including anti-crisis ones), their individual components at the regional level and for organizations of various forms of ownership and economic activities, including higher education institutions.
Short description of the projectIn modern conditions of dynamic environment and the leading role of human resources (personnel) in ensuring socio-economic development, businesses at different levels feel the urgent need to form and implement a competitive personnel strategy and policy that would neutralize the negative effects of macroeconomic and global processes.
The aim of the project is to develop a personnel strategy and/or tool for its implementation – a personnel policy, which can ensure innovative development, increase competitiveness, improve the quality of life of population (staff) and ensure decent work conditions in an unstable external environment and/or crisis phenomena in socio-economic sphere.
The research team developed approaches and recommendations for the development of personnel strategy and personnel policy in changing external environment, in particular in crisis situations.

The results were implemented at the regional and corporate levels.
Regional and corporate levels. The results of the project can be introduced into the system of crisis management at various types of organizations having different form of ownership. Some results can be implemented in the activities of local authorities.
